We work on an array of campaigns, activations and content, our interventions providing a platform that makes women feel seen and heard. Our work in centering women of colour in the world of Beauty and more deliberate initiatives advancing girls and women include:

 Collaborating on a popular web video series (‘Living Head First’, a hair show) with P&G‘s Head & Shoulders.

Hosting targeted make-up Masterclasses with YSL.

Running a series of bespoke focus groups for L’Oreal Paris.

 Delivering a talk on skincare trends and insights from the TMP community for Nivea.

Participating in an ongoing global influencer campaign for Clarins, shot in Paris in 2016.

Co-hosting a ‘conscious beauty’-themed lunch with UK-based Malee Natural Science.

Supporting Blackboard Africa – a grouping of young people (mostly women and girls) formulating and expressing their own ideas about the past, present and future.

Hosting Neutrogena‘s announcement of Nomzamo Mbatha as their South African face.

Running a recent, exclusive skincare campaign with Eucerin.

Supporting – through grooming and self confidence workshops for girls – the Quarphix Foundation‘s “Radical Dreamers” programme, designed to provide holistic support (financial, academic, career and social) for High School learners.

Producing exclusive Beauty content for the Times Media Group’s Sunday Times, The Edit and Business Day Wanted.

Sharing our entrepreneurial breakthroughs and challenges at Bloom – a women’s conversation series with chapters in Johannesburg, New York and Harare, designed to unlock growth and purpose.
